A recent report shows that most news items citing “reports” are simply a mixture of false and badly applied information with little or no context. This information is often outdated, false or carefully edited to imply a situation that does not actually exist. Efforts to imply legitimacy include quoting imaginary individuals without any citation or relevant context, making calls to an authority or governing body without any functional connection, Citing non-existent but official sounding offices or individuals and simply making up garbage because they think no one reading is smart enough to figure out how to check. Telltale signs are the same 7 social media accounts expressing outrage, Constant attempts to assign blame for an issue without proposing a solution or the fact that no one with any credibility is mentioning a breaking story based on information that came out 4 years ago.

A report shows that Waukegan 6th ward alderman Keith Turner repeatedly and publicly blames Mayor Anne Taylor for city problems that fall entirely under the power of alderman to address and change.
